Mediterranean Villa by Janek
Oil Painting SOLD
30"x40"
Create a view! You'll feel like you are on vacation each time you glance at this painting. It can be sold with or without a frame. If you are in my area we will deliver to your door at no expense, otherwise I recommend purchasing this piece unframed because in shipping framed pieces this size, the damage is usually done to the frame. I speak with experience.

Anna & Children by Sahall
Lithograph
Paper: 24.50"x22"
Image: 23"x16"
Pencil Signed A.P. 9/35
American Artist
I gave Sahall her first one woman show in N.J. in 1981. She was born in Rochester, N.Y. in 1938. The piece posted here is an earlier work; a portrayal of her tender feelings towards her subject matter. Her imagery now reflects the beauty of nature in the terraces and gardens she paints with harmonious, expressive content.
I loved working with Sahall, one of my best selling artists.

View From Under The Arch
Oil Painting- 30"x40" unframed |
Oil Painting
30"x40" unframed
The oil is signed but I can't read the signature. I didn't buy this piece for an investment instead I bought it because I liked it and the price fit into the range acceptable to me. I always consider, when I am purchasing, the best interests of my clients who, these days, are being economical but can certainly tell the difference between a well executed painting and one that is just mediocre. The price has to be "affordable" enough for them to overlook the fact that the signature can't be read.
I love my clients. I haven't met one I didn't .

Please do let me know if you ever plan on breaking up this portfolio. I love this winter scene! If not, do you have any other small winter scenes for sale?

Not at this time. Will keep this in mind though
as I search for "special" requests from clients.
This is another part of my business; searching for client's requests. If the work of art is not available in my gallery I try to locate the request.
Thank you for commenting.

Maurice de Vlaminck-Chemin forestier-from the Portfolio Notre Pain Quotidien
Chemin forestier from the Notre Pain Quotidian Portfolio by Maurice de Vlaminck
This piece is one of the 12 works on paper from the Portfolio. The paper size is 21"x17" and is pencil numbered 95/250.This late work is dominated by colorful and brooding landscapes and still lifes adopting a darker palette as his attention turned to the work of Paul C'ezanne. He departed from the Fauvist style but continued to
travel with Derain in his later years.
The Portfolio is in tact and in mint condition.
I am interested in selling the entire Portfolio instead of single pieces,as I find it very difficult to break up the suite. The pieces are amazing and deserve to be together. What a wall they would make!
