Like in Van Gogh's painting of the "Potato Pickers" and Jean Francois MIllet's
"Gleaners", Salvador is also seen as being influenced by poverty which makes him concentrate on peasant subject matter; earthiness, hard work and spirit of survival.
Salvador is from Peru. A friend was traveling there and upon my request brought several works of art back for the gallery's collection. There are no papers bearing history of the artist.
