The gondola is the romantic icon of the canals of Venice.You glide slowly on a moonlit night to musical accompaniment. The pedestrian bridge links Venice's small islands and the artist must have been under a spell to have produced a volume of these romantic scenes. A biography is not available but we know he's romantic.
