In the collection of the Brown University Library. Mr.Hughes was a member of the American Watercolor Society and won a Gold Medal from the National Arts Club. He created war bond posters that can be seen at the N.Y. Military Museum and in the Military collection of the Anne S.K. Brown Museum in Providence, R.I.
